Supervisory Leadership Programs
Wally Bock, the author of this site and "The Supervision Guru," is available to give speeches and workshops at conferences and conventions for organizations of all kinds. Click here to download Wally's one-sheet, describing his programs.
Wally also does a limited amount of in-person training. Most often that training is a "Train Your Trainer" operation where he works with you to design an appropriate training program for your supervisors and prepare your trainers or other trainers to deliver it effectively.
